Rocky has over 36 years of experience working inside both state and federal prison systems as a reentry specialist, facilitator, trainer, and advocate. He has worked as a reentry specialist with United States Probation and has extensive experience with federal problem-solving courts. Rocky currently is focused on helping Recovery and Reentry organizations improve outcomes through skill-building and specialized training with an emphasis on high-risk individuals.

Justin has created multiple Peer Support programs with different correctional agencies. He has trained hundreds of individuals in the recovery community in Peer Recovery Support, Harm Reduction, Navigating the Criminal Justice Systems, and more. Justin is also a person with a criminal background and a person in long-term recovery. He has a deep understanding of how recovery and reentry work and is passionate about helping others overcome the challenges of life and advance through training and education.
